Problems with passwords or usernames
- Allowed characters for passwords and usernames are
the lower and upper case Latin letters, the digits,
dash ( - ),
and underscore ( _ ). Non-Latin letters, white space,
the special symbols and functional keys are not allowed.
- Passwords and usernames are case sensitive.
Remember the case of each character in your username and password.
Problems with keyboard
- You may have switched to a Cyrillic or
other locale encoding. Login data should be entered with
Latin letters only.
- Check the "Caps Lock" key.
- You may have a key that has remained in a
pressed state and prevents you from entering your login data correctly.
Check your keyboard for pressed keys.
Problems with registration
- You can register if you have a current
service agreement with Aspen. If you do not have such an agreement or your
agreement has expired, please contact us
for assiñtance.
- In order to complete your registration, you need your
account number, which was given to you at the service agreement signing.
If you cannot find your account number, please call us for assistance.
